Visitor Agreement

The safety of all visitors and guests is important to our company.

  1. All visitors shall wear hair nets and beard guards (where applicable) while in the facility.
  2. All visitors must wear suitable clothing and footwear when entering any food processing or handling
    area.
  3. Visitors exhibiting visible signs of illness shall be prevented from entering areas in which food is
    handled or processed.
  4. Visitors shall enter and exit food handling areas through the proper staff entrance points and comply
    with all hand washing and personnel practice requirements
  5. Visitors shall sign in on the Visitor Sign-In Log prior to entering the facility.
  6. Visitors shall sign out on the Visitor Sign-In Log prior to exiting the facility.
  7. Completed copies of the Visitor Sign-In Logs are maintained by Hudson Bread for a period of time no
    less than two (2) years.
  8. Visitors who require being on the production floor during their visit shall be escorted by an employee
    of the facility at all times
  9. Visitors shall remove all jewelry prior and loose objects prior to entering the facility.
  10. Bags such as purses, knapsacks, and luggage, are not allowed in the bakery.
  11. No photographs or recording devices are allowed except by special permission from President
  12. Cell phone use is prohibited while in bakery
  13. Never touch foods, ingredients, or work in progress with your hands
  14. Never touch machinery without permission from management
  15. All visitors must follow all OSHA safety rules.

CORONA VIRUS ADDENDUM
The coronavirus – officially known as COVID-19 – has become a cause for concern across the
food industry. Because visitors may be a potential carrier of the virus, Hudson Bread requests
that all visitors have not experienced any of the following in the last three (3) weeks:

  • Persistent cough
  • Persistent headache
  • Fever
  • Have previously been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19
  • Have you yourself been previously self-quarantined as a result of COVID-19
  • Any outstanding health issues related to COVID-19 that Hudson Bread should be made
    aware of
    I agree that I have no experienced any of the prior symptoms nor issues to the best of my
    understanding
